  1. We will temporarily hold your name, email address for the purpose of collating your comments for the board, its members and partners.
  2. If you choose to display your comments through our publicity materials then your name may also be displayed alongside it.
  3. If you asked us personally to keep you up to date with or you opted in to subscribe to our communications about our activities, the projects and/or the partners/organisations we are involved with.
  4. We track usage of this website using small data files known as cookies. The cookies are not used to identify you personally, they are used to remember settings and information you have already provided so that you don’t gave keep entering them and measuring how you use the website so that we can make sure it meets your needs. Your data will be accessible to the data controller and our data processor.  After submission through this website your data will be accessible to our data processors and data controller. Our data processors may include representatives of the board, stakeholders involved in the Towns Fund process and other suppliers/partners who support us with our analytical and communication activities.

 

5.    How long we will keep personal data, or criteria used to determine retention period.

Your contact details will be held for a maximum of two years from when we receive it. It will then be reviewed and we will contact you so you have the option of opting out. In addition, whenever we email you from our CRM database, we will provide you with the option of opting out or you may email us at any time.

The data we are collecting is your personal data, and you have rights that affect what happens to it. You have the right to:

  1. Know that we are using your personal data
  2. See what data we have about you
